Climbmedic
is one of Scotland’s largest providers of first aid
training and medical support for events. Our wide range
of training products and event support services are delivered
by industry professionals who have extensive experience
in their fields of expertise. Climbmedic is part of the
climbmts group of companies which combine a range of outdoor
expertise from training and certification in mountain qualifications
to consulting in emergency planning for outdoor and indoor
sporting events.

by a dedicated team of like-minded training
professionals who deliver first aid training
and event medical support services.
Our organisation delivers a comprehensive range of first aid training,
medical support services for events and an emergency planning consultancy
for event organisers. All our services are intended to be cost effective
and tailored to all event types.

engages at all levels of mainstream training and sporting events to designing

the Mountaineering Instructor Certificate. Member of WEMSI-International
teaching faculty and course director. National training officer
for Scottish Mountain Rescue, team leader for Tayside Mountain
Rescue and member of the Scottish Mountain Rescue casualty care,
search management, avalanche education and technical rigging

Kenny
Graham / Director of training UK operations - kenny@climbmedic.co.uk
Kenny is one of only a handful of fully registered GTC Scotland
teachers of Outdoor Education. This in addition to his many years
of experience coaching a broad range of sports in the mountains
and on water has developed his skill and effectiveness as a trainer.
Kenny is currently the Medical Officer for Tayside Mountain Rescue
Team, supporting the training of team members in delivering emergency
medical care in remote and hostile environments. Read

Alison Gallagher / Medical advisor
Alison currently works in general practice, when not involved
in an impressive array of other medical and outdoor activities.
Alison is the team Doctor for both Tayside Mountain Rescue Team
and the Scottish Cave Rescue Organisation. This involves not
only training and developing team member’s medical capabilities
but also taking a full operational role during rescues. Read

Graham / Trainer paediatric
Julie is fully registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council,
having attained a degree in Paediatric Nursing. Having experienced
a broad range of clinical settings, including surgical, medical
and high dependency, Julie is currently a sister at Glenalmond
College Medical Centre.
Previously, Julie has worked in the education sector designing

Strachan
Dave is a trainee doctor studying at Dundee with an interest
in Trauma and Pre-hospital medicine. He is a qualified Wilderness
Emergency Medical Technician, a senior medic on the Tayside Mountain
Rescue team and has worked with the Scottish Ambulance Service
